AMCI Complaint Box

AMCI Complaint Box is primarily a Grievance cell which shall/ will cover THREE (03) categories:



COUNCIL COMPLAINT:


If any AMCI member is not happy with the functionality of AMCI and/ or with the functionality of the council core/ managing/ operation committee, then the best place to reach out is the complaint section wherein the AMCI member has to email his/ her grievance in the form of email body or in the form of word attachment in the Box below:
AMCI COUNCIL COMPLAINT shall/ will assure the grievance to be resolved in not more than seven working days.


RAMP COMPLAINT:


This section shall cater to resolving all the grievances marked against the RAMP strictly, sternly and stringently and this is an open section where AMCI member (s) as well as commoners can convey their grievance effectively. Prospective complainant has to email his/ her grievance in the form of email body or in the form of word file attachment in the Box below:
Grievance shall be resolved within seven to twelve working days depending on the nature of the grievance addressed.


OPEN COMPLAINT:


This section is an open platform for complainant to address his/ her grievance against the Academic course functionality and AMCI member (s). This section is primarily for families seeking graduation for their children via AMCI and AMCI affiliated institutes, commoners but notforexisting AMCI members. The prospective complainant has to email his/ her grievance in the form of email body or in the form of word file attachment in the Box below:
Grievance shall be resolved within seven to fifteen working days depending on the nature of the grievance addressed.
